Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InsTecHub at instechub.com and any related services (the "Service"), operated by InsTecHub Technologies ("InsTecHub", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, or use the Service with parent, guardian or school consent.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that occurs in your account. You must provide accurate information, must not impersonate another person or organization, and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload ("Your Content") and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the rights of any third parties in material you supply. You give InsTecHub a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, including sending it to AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload, link or process Your Content.
Acceptable use
- Do not use InsTecHub for illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
- Do not upload private information about other people unless you have permission and a lawful reason.
- Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, reverse engineer it, scrape private data or bypass account limits.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing product, or resell access, without our written permission.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified facts without review.
AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for a particular use, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing facts, figures, legal claims, translations and final materials before publishing or relying on them. AI output is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
Plans, credits and payments
Free and paid plans may include usage limits, credits or feature restrictions. Paid plan prices, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, fees exclude applicable taxes, and we will give notice before changing prices. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and the InsTecHub name and logo, belongs to InsTecHub Technologies and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email contact@instechub.com with the details and we will review and act on valid notices.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers such as Google, AI model providers and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep InsTecHub reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features, limits and plans may change as the product develops.
Termination
You may stop using InsTecHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and Your Content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InsTecHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless InsTecHub from claims, losses and expenses arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; contact us at contact@instechub.com. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version on this page and notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and InsTecHub about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
